Convenient location for exploring hiking trails.
The breakfast room was overcrowded, and when we did manage to eat, the selection was limited. The two TVs in our room were malfunctioning. Despite the staff attempting to fix them, they remained unusable, frustrating. To top it off, the kids were really let down when they found the pool closed .

Queen room I stayed at was cosy with separate bedroom. A microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator were available.
Some people working there were not particularly helpful.

I almost thought this hotel would be tolerable, but alas, the shower was freezing, and the front desk staff seems to think saying 'sorry' is sufficient. Will not return to this 'luxury'.

We loved exploring the nearby hiking trails together, and our room was clean and fresh. The kids enjoyed the good TV selection, and it was nice having our parents join us in a spacious environment. It.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities on site.
